Za told us the first day of this term that she "rarely gives As" in her Color Theory class, that "it is very difficult to get an A," and that "it is taught like a science class."
The exam must have turned out well after all, but I'd been pretty certain about it. I have my knowledge of the extra credit to thank (the four types of allegory paintings made during the Renaissance). There were a couple questions I couldn't answer, but I'd felt confident about the extra credit. I actually filled it out first before answering the main questions.
I just decided to check my grades, because they're usually in by Friday of the eleventh week. I switched to the Fall 2007 grade report, and BAM, right there at the top is an A for Color Theory.
Intermediate Drawing, however, is showing up as an IP. I don't know exactly what this means.... It could be Incomplete Pending, or a Pending grade, if Meredith hasn't submitted all grades yet. The thing is, Animation isn't an "F", but also an IP. Hmmmm. I hadn't turned all of my minor projects in for Meredith's class, but I sure got my final in....
Oh - in my Academic Record, my four classes for next term - classes I have yet to take - are IPs. So, perhaps Animation and Intermediate Drawing haven't been submitted yet. I know what Animation is, of course.
Well, I know Mom will be pleased to hear I got an A in Color Theory. I told Dad about my Bs and he was happy, too. :D
