Internet sucks!
Nov. 27th, 2006 08:55 pmI am currently using the dial-up on Mom and Dad's computer. Wild Blue is screwed up right now because we've gone over our monthly downloading limit (though I can truthfully say this is mostly due to Cammy's RABID downloading of songs and even a couple movies). The limit should have gone down to begin a new month, but it hasn't.
The San Francisco trip with Kat, Kat's parents, and Jessica was quite fun. We ate at the Blue Mermaid, which has the BEST clam chowder I have ever tasted, anywhere. Walked to Pier 39, Land of Yummy Smells and No Arm Space, and checked out that poster store I'd been wanting to check out for... three years. Didn't find any posters I couldn't live without, but I did find a huge Rush poster. I wish I'd bought it, because Cammy would have exploded with joy over it. It's the same design that's on one of his t-shirts.
Kat and I were certain this guy (selling treats and drinks on the way back to Ghirardelli Square) addressed me as 'sir'.... His accent was very strong, so he may not have, but.... Yeah. Next time I go to San Francisco, I should bind my breasts. Fucking good grief.
If I'm an ugly girl, does that make me a pretty boy?
Spent the night at Kat's. I consumed a ridiculously large amount of sugar that day, and I woke up with a sore throat. I spent most of yesterday sleeping, but I feel better now. I hope to go to the Cornish Christmas with Brenna on Friday, and anyone else who decides to come.
Remember, kids: sugar depresses the immune system!
My feet are cooooold, yet I am wearing socks. I need some slippers.
