Art Institute of Portland stuff.
Mar. 27th, 2007 06:37 pmI e-mailed Melissa early this morning (around 12:00 AM) asking about one-letter words in the essay. She told me that it's fine, and not to worry about adding more words. She also let me know that she will be moving back to the east coast - Maryland - soon, and forwarded my e-mail to a colleague of hers.
I just got off the phone with Elizabeth, another Assistant Director of Admissions, and she told me, "You sound so cute and excited about attending!" God, I am. Excited, that is. It was crazy, too, because I'd just finished telling Mom and Dad that Melissa was moving, and bam, the phone rang and it was Elizabeth.
Elizabeth told me about the online application, so I started filling it out. The scanned drawings will probably look a bit better than copied drawings sent by snail mail, so it sounds like a good idea.
I am very, very close to being ready to send everything in. The nice thing about the online application is that you can finish it over several sessions.
DO IT! FINISH IT! RAH RAH RAH! :D
