Mom bought the DVD a couple days ago, but we just now watched it again as she wanted to make sure the grandparents had not already bought it. That movie makes me SO. HAPPY.
I need to draw some freaking penguins. It's not even funny.
*sigh* Aaaah, animation. How I love you so. NOW GIVE ME SOME MORE TRADITIONAL ANIMATIONS!
I'm not one of those anti-CG people, but damn, would I love to see more traditional animation.
The Simpsons Movie counts. Hurray! We used to watch that show all the time, too.
And this is entirely wishful thinking, but... if Brainsick were ever made into an animated movie, I'd want the kind of hardcore detail that Richard Winters put into what he finished of The Thief and the Cobbler.
Of course, that kind of hardcore detail takes thirty years to create. Eeeeek.
